1. Overview
Welcome to Pluffio. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Pluffio, a trading name of Providence Global Trading Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong (Company No. 80656992), with registered office at Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building, 74-78 Stanley Street, Central, Hong Kong.
Pluffio operates this store and website at trypluffio.com, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the "Services"). Pluffio is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform and hosting infrastructure.
These Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our , , and (the "Policies"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read these Terms carefully — they include important information about your legal rights, including liability and dispute resolution.
By visiting, interacting with, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Policies. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (the age of majority in the United Kingdom) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you allow a minor in your household to use the Services on a device you own, you remain responsible for their activity.
To make a purchase you may be asked to provide your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. You represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.
3. Our Products

4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Pluffio reserves the right to accept or decline your order, in whole or in part, at our discretion. Your contract with us is only formed when we send you an order confirmation email and accept your payment.
Reasons we may decline or cancel an order include (but are not limited to): suspected fraud, pricing or stock errors, payment authorisation failure, or shipping restrictions to your location. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you in full.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing us at . Once an order has entered our shipping department it cannot be cancelled, but you may still return it under our .
Your purchases are intended for personal or household use, not for commercial resale.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the Services for UK orders include 20% UK VAT. For orders shipped outside the UK, prices exclude VAT, and import VAT, duties, or customs clearance fees may be charged by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient (see our for details).
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order and confirmed in your order confirmation email.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information for all purchases. You represent that (i) the payment method you provide is true, correct, and yours to use; (ii) you are authorised to use it; and (iii) you will pay all charges at the prices displayed, including any applicable taxes and shipping costs.
If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you with the correct price and give you the option to confirm your order at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Shipping times displayed on our Services are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
In accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, risk of loss or damage to your goods remains with Pluffio until the goods are delivered into your physical possession (or to a person you have nominated to receive them). 7. Returns and Refunds
Your right to return, cancel, and receive a refund is set out in our , which forms part of these Terms. In line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have at least 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel for any reason (we offer 30 days as a goodwill extension). 8. Intellectual Property
The Services and all content within them — including trademarks, brand names, logos, text, images, graphics, video, audio, product photography, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof — are owned by Pluffio, Providence Global Trading Limited, our affiliates, or our licensors, and are protected by UK and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, scrape, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.
The "Pluffio" name, logo, product names, and designs are trademarks of Providence Global Trading Limited. Shopify's marks belong to Shopify. All other marks on the Services belong to their respective owners.
9. Optional Third-Party Tools
You may be provided with access to third-party tools through the Services. We provide these "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Your use of any third-party tool is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the terms of the relevant third-party provider before using them.
10. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. If you choose to follow such links, you do so at your own risk, and we recommend you review their policies before transacting with them.
11. Relationship with Shopify
The Services are hosted by Shopify Inc. Any sales and purchases are made directly with Pluffio. Shopify is not a party to any sales contract between you and Pluffio, and you agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of those sales, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from or related to your purchases from Pluffio.
12. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit reviews, suggestions, photos, ideas, or other content to the Services (collectively, "Feedback"), you grant Pluffio a perpetual, worldwide, sub-licensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display that Feedback in any medium, including for commercial purposes such as marketing.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you own or have all necessary rights to your Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation or incentives received in connection with your Feedback (where required by ASA guidance or other applicable rules); and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms.
We may, but are not obliged to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback we consider unlawful, offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not, directly or indirectly:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person, including our staff
- Transmit false or misleading information
- Send spam, junk mail, chain letters, or unauthorised advertising
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services for commercial purposes
- Collect or track the personal information of others
- Phish, pharm, scrape, or pretext the Services
- Use robots, spiders, scrapers, data-gathering tools, or automated means (including AI agents) to access the Services except as expressly permitted under Section 14 below
- Bypass, circumvent, or interfere with any security or access control measures
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we determine you have breached these Terms.
14. AI Agents
14.1 This section applies if you use, allow, enable, or cause the deployment of an Agent to access or interact with the Services. "Agent" means any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of any person and can act without direct human supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and operates in strict accordance with Section 14.4. If we have requested that an Agent refrain from accessing the Services, that Agent must comply.
14.3 We may limit, by technical or other measures, whether and how any Agent accesses or interacts with the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves in every HTTP/HTTPS request via the user-agent string in the format "Agent/[agent name]"; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate the fact that they are an Agent, including by mimicking human behaviour or circumventing CAPTCHAs; (iii) respond truthfully to any prompt seeking to determine whether interactions originate from a human or an automated system; and (iv) not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit, or control Agent access.
15. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping costs, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct any such error and to update or cancel orders if any information is found to be inaccurate, even after you have submitted your order. Where we cancel an order due to an error, we will refund you in full.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties (Subject to Statutory Rights)
This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding any warranty or term that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Sale of Goods Act 1979, or any other applicable UK consumer protection law, the Services and any third-party content available through them are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes:
- our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law
- any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law
17. Limitation of Liability
This section does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or limit any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Subject to the carve-outs above, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Pluffio, Providence Global Trading Limited, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers (and those of Shopify) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or any products purchased through them, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with any product purchased through the Services shall not exceed the price you paid for that product.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pluffio, Providence Global Trading Limited, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from any third-party claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising out of (i) your material breach of these Terms, (ii) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (iii) your unlawful or unauthorised use of the Services.
This indemnification does not apply to losses resulting from our own negligence, breach of contract, or wilful misconduct.
19. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where required by law. You remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.
Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 12 (Feedback), 16 (Disclaimer), 17 (Limitation of Liability), 18 (Indemnification), 22 (Governing Law), and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or applicable law. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified to you by email or by a prominent notice on the Services in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with the Policies referenced herein, form the entire agreement between you and Pluffio with respect to the Services and supersede any prior agreements between you and us.
22. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you also retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. Nothing in these Terms removes or limits your right to bring proceedings in your local courts in the United Kingdom in respect of your statutory rights as a consumer.
For consumers in the European Union, the European Commission provides an that you may use, although we encourage you to contact us first at so we can try to resolve any issue directly.
23. Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without notice to you.
